加工場で何千切れもカットして得意先の工場へ納品します。
関東でおせち料理に酢蛸を使うのは、紅白で縁起が良いことと「蛸」を「多幸」と読むからと言われています。
We bought pickled octopus for customer’s Osechi-ryori and cut thousands of sliced pickled octopus in our factory, after that delivered to our customer who cook Osechi-ryori. This is special order at the end of year. Osechi-ryori are specially-prepared New Year’s dishes to be eaten during the first three days of January. Red/pink and white colored food, such as pickled octopus slices represent celebration colors. Also Japanese “tako”(octopus) sounds alike “takou”(great happiness).
